Access Code Redemption

Upon the purchase of any digital materials from Shop USask you will be given your redemption code with your receipt. You will need to redeem this code with Campus eBookstore first by using the fields below. Note that this is not the access code you need to access your digital materials so it will not work if you jump ahead and try to redeem the code with the publisher. Think of it instead like you've purchased a gift card for Campus eBookstore, and you need to activate it first before accessing your digital materials.

Please enter the redemption code exactly as it appears on your receipt (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). It is recommended that you use your University email address when redeeming access codes and that the domain name remains consistent (ex: using abc123@mail.usask.ca vs abc123@usask.ca). You will then be given your access code along with a specific list of instructions on where and how to redeem it. Pay careful attention to these instructions and follow them exactly. If you have any questions please email bookstore@usask.ca, or consult this Product Redemption FAQ.

Important Information

  • The majority of etexts and access codes will require a course key, course code, or course URL invite link. Your instructor is responsible for providing it to you and it is usually included in your course syllabus. You will need to contact your instructor if they have not provided this information to you.
  • If you are having technical difficulties with an access code that was bought by itself (not inside a physical textbook), you can email bookstore@usask.ca, where we will be available to offer assistance between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
  • If you are having technical difficulties with an access code that came inside a physical textbook, you will need to contact the publisher directly. Publisher Contact information is provided below.
  • If you are having technical difficulties with Adobe Digital Editions, see the information provided in the Adobe Digital Editions section below.

Troubleshooting

Adobe Digital Editions

Campus eBookstore has provided several videos for students to consult with when trying to get started with Adobe Digital Editions.

There are several reasons why students may be having problems with viewing their content on Adobe Digital Editions. One of the primary causes is that students are not using the same email address they used when they created an account with Campus eBookstore. We recommend that students use their University email address when redeeming access codes, and that they ensure they are keeping their domain names consistent (i.e. abc123@mail.usask.ca vs abc123@usask.ca).

Adobe Digital Editions also has very strict anti-piracy settings to make it difficult to share digital materials. Before viewing materials, students will need to authorize their software using the same account that was used to redeem any access codes with Campus eBookstore. If you have not done this, you will get an error message when you try to view your digital materials. To fix this, go into the Help dropdown menu and click Erase Authorization before re-authorizing with your Campus eBookstore account.

If you are still having issues with your account, and you have double checked that you are using your email and password correctly, please email support@campusebookstore.com.

WileyPLUS

WileyPLUS has provided a video instructing users on how to access their course as well as how to utilize several of their key features.
